About
I have spent close to two decades on both sides of the table: investing in technology companies, and building and scaling them from seed stage to public.
As co-founder and CEO of Efficio, I raised venture funding from Foundation Capital and built an AI platform that automates back-office risk operations for fintechs and banks, starting with card disputes. Before that I was Head of AI Operations at Pagaya through its hypergrowth from Series D to public company, COO at Zencity through Series B and C, and COO at Glimmer (formerly Storyhunter) through seed and Series A.
On the investing side, I was a Principal at Commerce Ventures, a San Francisco fintech VC whose portfolio includes eight unicorns: Bill.com, Marqeta, Socure, Forter, MX, Kin, Narvar and VestWell. I started my investing career with three years at Viola Growth, investing in Israeli technology companies.
I hold an MBA from the Wharton School in finance and entrepreneurial management, where I spent a summer at Google in global sales strategy, and a BA in economics and philosophy from Tel Aviv University. I served five years as an officer in an elite Israeli intelligence unit, where I initiated and led an operation awarded the Israel Defense Prize, Israel's highest defense honor. I also volunteer teaching financial education in Israeli middle and high schools.
